Running And Sprinting Compared

If you want to improve your endurance, you should focus on running long distances. The human body is not designed to sprint for long durations and distances. The ideal situation would be to mix running and sprinting together to strike the right balance.
You should expend maximum energy when you are sprinting. Then, you should focus on running to allow your body to cool down. You may have to start with sprint and walking at first and then move on to sprint and running to really push itself.
Whatever your choice, you should focus on a functional attire and good pair of shoes for best results. Having a pair of skins compression shorts will help you extract the maximum benefit out of aerodynamics. A good pair of shoes will help protect your feet from damage and injuries.
